Ministry of Immigration Canada will fund additional training of immigrant children to school. Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration Canada reported that additional funding for the program Home Instruction for Parents of Pre-School Youngsters (HIPPY), designed to help immigrants prepare children for school, as well as themselves become part of public life in a new place.
